Preparing

With my background in design, staging, and organization, I can guide you in making these decisions strategically—focusing on what will have the greatest impact while avoiding unnecessary expenses. I also work with a trusted network of vetted contractors who can handle repairs and renovations efficiently and at a fraction of the typical cost.
If you’re buying, preparation may look a little different. For clients relocating from out of town, I can be your eyes on the ground, previewing homes and ensuring no detail is overlooked. We’ll also take care of important steps such as securing financing or obtaining a pre-approval letter in advance, so you’re ready to move forward the moment we find the right home.
